Bill Fenwick, in describing Dave Burke's first career goal (in his
66th career game), said:

Actually, I made the remark before the start of the game that I
hoped that Burke's first goal would be a meaningful one, and wouldn't
be "something like the second goal in a 7-2 loss." Well, it wasn't; it
was the second goal in an 8-3 loss.
