Hi All, The National Network of Libraries of Medicine/New England Region has opened up applications for various types of community health programming and health literacy grants for Spring 2020. For details, go to https://nnlm.gov/ner/funding and look at the descriptions for the different projects accepted for funding. If you are considering offering a health-related program or need to update your technology to provide better access to health information, this is a great opportunity for your library and community. Applications will be due March 20, 2020. There is a new online application system. Please review the directions carefully before submitting an application.
NNLM will host a webinar on January 14 at 1pm to go over available funding and the application process. If you would like the information but cannot attend, please register anyway. A recording will be sent to all registrants. https://nnlm.gov/class/ner-2020-2021-funding-webinar/20661
Let the NNLM know if you have any concerns about the award categories, your application, the submission process, or the deadline. They are happy to review any drafts or answer questions about anything related to your project idea or application.
