Good afternoon, E-raters (and to those of you not involved in E-rate for 2015 or 2016, no peeking),

It's that time again! And if you're one of those people thinking, "Didn't we just finish a form?" it's only because that form's deadline got pushed into deep July that you hold that belief. It was a good thing, honest, but

So for those of you who have an open FY 2015 application:


1)      Complete your Form 498 (instructions here: http://www.maine.gov/msl/erate/index.shtml)

2)      Complete your BEAR (instructions for telephone reimbursement here: http://www.maine.gov/msl/erate/training/form472.htm)


And for those of you who have an open FY 2016 application and HAVE RECEIVED a copy of your FCDL:


1)      Complete your Form 486 (instructions for telephone reimbursement here: http://www.maine.gov/msl/erate/training/form486.htm)
