In case anyone missed this...I'll post the info one last time. I've sent out
about 35 order forms so far and I know that some of you are dragging your feet
on this. ;-)  So get your SASE's in the mail so you can get your order form
before it's too late!! We may not be able to do this again, so don't wait!
 
To receive an order form and a copy of the design to be imprinted on the
T-shirts and Sweatshirts send a SASE to me at the following address:

There will be a great variety of colors available, dark colors printed with
white ink, light colors printed with black ink. All options will be listed
on the order form.
 
Prices are approximately $8.00 for the T-shirts and $18.00 for the Sweatshirts.
 Both available in sizes up to 2XL, T-shirts available up to 3XL.
 
DEADLINE for returning the order form with payment is February 28th.
