The College Hockey Discussion List Poll for February 17, 1993:

Teams were given 15 points for a first-place vote, 14 for a second-place
vote, and so on down to 1 point for a fifteenth-place vote. Total first-
place votes are in parentheses.

Once again, the top eight teams remain unchanged (in name -- the order has
been juggled a bit). Since the beginning of the new year, Maine, Michigan,
Harvard, Miami, Boston University, Minnesota-Duluth, Lake Superior, and Wis-
consin have held the top eight spots in the HOCKEY-L poll.

     Composite poll (19 responses):

In the East-West split, we see, oddly enough, that Miami's loss to Western

Westerners:

I finally noticed that I was not handling tie votes in the Tadpoll the same
way they were being handled in the HOCKEY-L composite poll. The two are now
done the same way, which is why the Tadpoll has fractional votes this week.
As for Tad-rate, there are almost never any ties in the ratings used.
