Here we go, my picks for the NCAA tournament:

East West
1 Clarkson Michigan
2 BU North Dakota
3 UNH Minnesota
4 Cornell Vermont
5 Colorado College Miami (OH)
6 Denver Michigan State

My only real tinkering had to do with two things:

Cornell or Vermont out West? Cornell and Vermont both have the same
comparison wins in the pairwise (14). SO based on the ECAC
championship, Cornell stays east, Vermont goes west.

Who from the west goes east? CC and Denver because of the PWR
comparison wins. Plus Miami and MSU are better draws in Grand
Rapids. So who's higher? CC because of the win in the Final Five.
Also because it prevents two straight possible WCHA matchups.

So what it boils down to is that on the second day in each regional,
there is a HE and a WCHA matchup between UNH-BU and Minn-No Dak.
