MSU apparently anticipated the post-game activities and saved most of
their energy to use for that. As far as I could determine, all players
for both teams actively participated in the dance. The three officials
and various non-players I couldn't identify wandered among the dancers
trying to cut in, with essentially no luck. The arena was only half-
filled with spectators, so this may well have been a staged event in
trying to sell tickets for the same teams at the same location next
Friday. All in all, it was a rather affectionate affair as the dancing
was preceded by a lot of holding (which evidently didn't use up
much energy).
No awards were announce for the best dancers - will have to check
the box score tomorrow.
