Well, from my living room, (maybe not the most reliable source :)
I was watching the game on MSC. I think the goal you are referring to was
scored by Nick Checco. The goal was replayed many times and it showed
that the puck caused the water bottle on the net to jump a couple good
inches. That wouldn't have happened if the puck hit the cross-bar.  I
think that was a goal.
 
The Gophers played some unbelievable hockey this past wknd in the College
Hockey Showcase.  It is always hard to play away from home and the
Gophers played Mich. and MSU good both games. Everybody contributed. Jeff
Moen had an off night but Steve DeBus came in and picked up the win. The
Gophers have an off wk coming up and the it is time for another rivalry:
North Dakota @ Minnesota.
 
One more thing, what did everyone think of MSC's coverage? I thought it
was great.
