I guess I can't directly answer that, but I've always had the impression
before that "NCAA Productions" just means they'll sell the right to
broadcast it to anybody who'll pay enough money (i.e. local TV stations).
I *think* that's as opposed to ESPN having the exclusive broadcast rights.
But when dealing with the NC$$, sometimes thinking can be a dangerous thing.
I'll join in hoping for an answer to this from someone who knows for certain.
