Scenario:  Team A has a delayed penalty to be called.  Team B pulls
their goalie and maintains possession of the puck until an incredible
forechecker from A hits the puck carrier in the B defensive zone
and the puck goes into the net w/o ever touching Team A.  Is it a goal?
How about in the pros or international?  Just one of those questions...
