Gee, what a concept. I guess on the surface, it seems like a serious
ripoff. I wouldn't know how to go about tape recording a phone conversation
(although I suppose it's possible), so you don't even get a physical
reminder of the game (well, you'd get the bill! But no souvenir program.).
On the other hand, for those of us who aren't in a "real" college hockey
city, it sure beats the zillion dollar cost of flying, hotel, tix, etc.
I suppose I'd try it out if my favorite team had a big game (and had
subscribed to the service). This would all, of course, be academic if
cable offered "HOCKEY-L: The College Hockey Cable Network"!
