I wondered about that as well, but when I followed the link in Doug's message, there is a quote
that makes it pretty clear (at least to me) that he was talking about on-campus. I also think it
would be just about impossible to get a reasonable non-campus venue on short notice (who the first
seed IS wouldn't even be known until a week before the regionals).
