RE: Joe
>What kind of injuries?
The statistical tabulating method measured:
1. Differences in players with previous season injuries and those without.
2. Players injured in collisions versus non-collision injuries
3. Players injured in the low and high playing time groups.
There are lots of variables like playing time, previous injuries, individual
risk factors and on. So the study has many parts. The study does say that
players in the high playing time group received the most injuries. This was a
study to show physical, situational, and psychosocial variables. The tests
and measures were:
sport's medicine screening
Positive States of Mind Inventory (PSOM)
The Incredibly Short Profile of Mood States (ISPOMS)
Attendance
Playing time
