University of North Dakota after the NoDak legislature passed a law
requiring that the university keep its nickname:

Meanwhile, the penalties the university would face from the NCAA are
severe. The university could not host any championships, and its
teams could not compete in championship events wearing the logo. The
university is also expected to join the Big Sky Conference next
summer, but the conference says it supports the NCAA policy.
