Pretty easy, really, at least for me, considering my background. The CCHA has Big
10 teams in it, so I will always consider them kin. Andas to giving them the
label "West", ask the NCAA; they are, after all, the ones that have put the West
Regional in Ann Arbor. If you'd rather call it the Midwest-Mountain region, be my
guest. Regardless of terminology, the WCHA and CCHA are linked as one region as
tightly as the ECAC and Hockey East.
