$200 per player would be about $5,000. So I would assume that that is an
aggregate total, not $200 per player per session.
Given that captains' practices go for about a month or so, I could see the
total cost for ice being that much, if one assumes 1-2 hours of ice per day.
My school's on-campus rink charges $75/hour, I think. That said, ice time
costs will vary depending on supply and demand.
