I suspect that at the HOCKEY-L affair at the Harp during the interval
between Thursday's games, certain activities could be planned for Friday
for all you out-of-town fans.
However, there are NO AHL games in the area on Friday, which is amazing
when in a ninety-minute driving radius, you have 3 teams - Providence,
Worcester and Portland. Amazing that none of them scheduled for Friday
night. Perhaps in anticipation that the NC$$ hockey semis would be that
night, instead of on Thursday ?
The brochure also does not list any of the establishments in the Canal /
Friend / Portland Street area around the FleetCenter. Plenty of good
places to visit in that area. The closest areas are NOT at Quincy Market /
Fanueil Hall as the map might indicate.
For more suggestions, e-mail me privately.
