I remember going to a Wisconsin game in the early 80's, in which the Badgers
destroyed Air Force 20-0 (or maybe 21-0) something like that. And it was a
2-game series! The other game was more like 14-1, a bit more respectable.
Those were the days when the schedule allowed a "warm-up" series against some
sacrificial goat of a team (no disrespect to Air Force). Sort of like
college football these days, when Nebraska plays Pacific or Eastern Southern
Central Florida and humiliates them.
Although I wish there were more room in the schedule and more games to play
other teams outside the league, I'm glad massacre's like the UW-Air Force
games don't occur very often anymore.
