Scope: US:IT IVR/ UMS/UTSC Queues

Summary: 
	Upgrades will be performed on US:IT CCX Servers.  This will cause a temporary outage in call queues for UTSC and the rest of UMS as well as Finesse.  The outage should be very brief and will happen during off hours.
