Alaska wins in shootout 1-0

Robert Morris came back after an opening tournament loss to Alaska to
beat UA Anchorage 5-3.  The Colonials made the most of a rash of
penalties, including 4 minutes of 5-3 hockey to post their firswt
victory of the season.

In the late game, Brandon Pirri scored his first collegiate goal in
the second period but the Alaska Nanooks scored a power play goal in
the closing minutes to tie the game 1-1.  Following a scoreless
overtime period, Alaska won in a shootout when Dion Knelsen beat Allen
York for the winning tally.
