I think this PWR rating based on the ACT scores of your athletes is bad
argument and will never happen. I don't even think that it is realistic
for one reason IVY league school are going to be better off than state
schools as far as ACT schools go. Then we are back in the same argument,
the current system is not broken so lets not screw it up.
