I read in the Transactions column of the Star Tribune this morning:
 
Maine: Paul Kariya has rescinded his athletic eligibility. (this is paraphrased
 as I left the paper at home)
 
Can anyone at Maine confirm this?
 
This will be an even greater blow to Maine than the last week's events I think.
 How unfortunate that this has happened to such a great program.
