Out of curiosity, what do CCHA officals have to do to serve in the
league?  What classes, experience, certification, etc, does a person have to
have to serve as a Div. 1 ref?  And are they all able to serve as Refs and
linesmen as the need dictates, or is there a strict line drawn between
the two positions?
