The March 17th THN list the following for ECHL
goaltending leaders:
 
Steve Shields, South Carolina, 18 GP, 2.52, 91.6
Chris Gordon, Huntington, 30 GP, 2.55, 92.3
Geoff Finch, Wheeling, 31 GP, 2.82, 89.8
Dave Gagnon, Roanoke, 29 GP, 2.83, 91.7
 
Shields and Gordon both graduated from Michigan
in 1994.  Shields began the season with Rochester
in the AHL.  Gordon is currently with Worcester in the
AHL.  Their paths did cross, briefly, in the ECHL.
Gordon (Hunt) defeated Shields (SC) in a shootout.
(Btw...Gordon was selected to start the ECHL All-Star
game, but moved up to the AHL before the game
took place.)
 
Finch played college hockey at Brown and Gagnon
was also an ECACer...Colgate if memory serves.
(Maybe Cornell, but me thinks Colgate.)
