Before rushing off to "recruit" Arizona for DivI hockey, I think it's
important to realize that there is no ice arena in Tucson, AZ (where UA
is located).  The IceCats play (and practice) at the Tucson Convention
(?) Center (TCC).  Since this is the only "big" venue in town, the
IceCats have to work their schedule around any big concert acts that may
come into town or any other event at the TCC.  It's not a pretty
picture.  Their ice time is at a premium.  Before any serious move to
varsity status is considered, an ice arena needs to be built.
