And the answer will be, Yes:
 
IF you pump a lot of advertising dollars in and turn the athletes into
latrell Sprewells;
 
IF you dumb it down with glowing pucks so network t.v. will be interested in
it;
 
IF you play your games at midnight so the hockey equiv. of Dick Vitale can
bring his class and decorum to it;
 
IF you alter the rules to allow jock schools to dominate, so that people
will see USC play Florida State in the NCAA Hockey championship, played in
Reno.
 
In a few years, it could be just as interesting, accessible, and honorable a
sport as college football...
