The University of Alaska at Fairbanks has just won and tied in two games
with Ferris State...Sunday night in Fairbanks both teams will play their
last regularly scheduled game...whoever wins gets into the
playoffs...loser is out.  Chris ("Simply Marvelous") Marvel is the hot
Fairbanks netminder.  Sat. night Ian Perkins started but after
surrendering a couple of soft goals was replaced by Marvel who
backstopped the Nanooks to the tie.  Marvel currently has 5 assists on
the season. Whoever wins gets to play Michigan (a/k/a the Colorado
Avalanche in disguise)
