Thank you so much for getting this done so quickly.  This is a great
piece of communications infrastructure for the State of Maine.

Well done!

If I may make a suggestion, I'm not trying to make extra work or upset
individuals, but there needs to be a certain "mass" to make this kind
of thing work.  Can we add the names of the MEGIS and GeoLibrary lists
onto this list now and give them the option to take their names off.
That way they can see the advantage of the list serve up front and
then make a decision.  Otherwise, it will take a very long time to get
enough folks onto the list.
