Good morning, and please excuse redundancies and cross-postings.

I want to send out another call to anyone who is interested in joining an informal Maine "cohort" for the Public Library Management Certificate courses offered through Michigan University on edX. The full certificate program consists of eight MOOCs [massive open online courses]. You have the option of auditing the courses for free or obtaining the certificate for approximately $49 per course. There is also a discount offered if you pay for all eight at once.

This week the Identifying Community Needs for Public Library Management course has just started, and tomorrow Managing a Diverse and Inclusive Workplace for Public Libraries starts. There is now a group of six of us either auditing or taking the course(s) for the certificates from around the state who are wanting to add a local email/in-person or however best works element to this, and anyone else who wants to be a part of this is more than welcome to join.
