be fine going forward.

Please do not contact Bibliostat for your username and password. Please
contact your consultant's office for your username, password or help
with data collection.

You may also contact Cheryl Ramsay at MSL Library Development office,
287-5620 for your username or password or Ellen Wood
([log in to unmask]) for username, password & technical difficulties
related to survey.

Remember, once you complete the survey and submit it, you cannot go back
in without contacting Jenny Melvin at NMLD to unlock it.
