Scope: network outage

Summary: 
	We will be upgrading the campus switch which will cause a brief outage for the entire UMF campus.

This will be followed by upgrading firmware on some building switches.  Some of these building switches provide connectivity to analog voice gateways which will cause loss of dial tone to some elevators and call boxes.  The following buildings will experience ~20 minute outage during the firmware upgrade.
