Summary: 
	Upgrading firmware on the primary USM campus core in Portland. 

The upgrade will cause loss of network connectivity for nearly all of the the USM Portland campus for ~30 minutes.  USM Gorham campus and Portland Data center may experience some network instability during the upgrade.
