Paul Kariya established a new Hockey East record by scoring in his
23rd consecutive league game and classmate Chris Ferraro tied the
Hockey East single season record for freshmen with his 21st goal
as Maine beat Boston College 9-1 at Harold Alfond Sports Arena.
 
Cal Ingraham tied former teammate Jean-Yves Roy's team single-season
record with his 39th goal at the 14:35 mark in the third period,
and Eric Fenton continued to prove he's for real, as he scored two
more goals and added an assist.
