Time for some small college scores.  The Griffins started the season on a
positive note, winning the Geneseo Tournament with a pair of victories.
 
        Friday 10/30:  Canisius 5     Brockport 2
        Saturday 10/31: Canisius 7      Geneseo 6
 
   The championship win was in large part due to winger Tony Zeniuk.  Moved up
to forward after two years playing defense, he scored 4 goals to lead the Ice
Griffs against Geneseo.
 
   Next game:  rematch against Geneseo at Buffalo (Nichols rink) on Wednesday.
