> The dinner will be on Saturday, April 7 at the Embassy Suites hotel. The hotel is 2-3 blocks from the arena. The dinner will run from 2:30pm to 5pm.  We will have our own  event room, cash bar, and buffet with 3 types of pizza, cocktail meatballs, salad, chips and dip.  The food will be continually replenished for the first 90 minutes.  And for the last hour we have the room, they will leave whatever food is leftover, and replenish the chips and dip.

I will give refunds to those who find they cannot make it, as long as I receive a note from you by April 2nd.  After that date, I have to give the hotel a final count.  That is the number I will be charged for.
