It seems that the WCHA Goalie Champion is statistical, but the 
election to the various team may include "worth to a team" and such.

In this vein think about the other first team selections.  How come 2 
guys from the 9th place team are on there?  They are statistically 
high AND they have the intangibles.  These sorts of things get you 
votes.
