Frank Cole was named to be the head NC$$ hockey official for all divisions.
 
Two items of particular interest in the article:
 
Cole had been considered the #1 ranked official in NC$$ hockey for 10 years
running.
 
Here's a quote: "Frank's extremely well respected, especially by the coaches"
