This is actually a little inaccurate.  They are not allowed to have
more than 18 scholarships, which may be split anyway the school sees
fit with an upper limit of spreading it to 30 athletes.
 
So theoretically, there can be 30 athletes on a team, all receiveing
some form of scholarship aid.
