OK, there's only one true way to determine which of the last-place
finishers is better (or worse) than the others...let's have an annual
tournament, featuring the last-place finishers of each conference.
However, instead of the winners advancing to the finals, the LOSING teams
would face each other, attempting to NOT become the Worst Team in NCAA
D-I Hockey (although I suppose there could be a consolation game to
determine who was third-worst).
