I forget whether it is always generated from the database when accessed
or whether it checks the last modification time of the db to decide
whether or not to generate a new version.  I believe the former but I'm
not sure (the standings/schedules do the latter since they write their
output to a file before returning it via CGI).
 
Either way, whenever a new score is added to the db, the very next
access of the page will reflect that score.  Always.
 
Be sure to reload the page first if you think you might be looking at an
old version.  You could be looking at a cached copy.
