I have the same question on behalf of those of us who *WILL* be making the
road trip to Albany. Since the Western Regionals begin on Friday, and both
the Eastern Saturday games are afternoon affairs, there will be plenty of
time (and no overlap unless one/both games of the Sat. Albany games go into
overtime) to watch the evening matches from Yost in Ann Arbor. The problems
as I see it are two:

  * As I understand it, you must ante up the $$ for the package broadcast
even if you already pay for a DSS subscription. Thus, any Albany
sports bar that is accoustomed to showing DSS sporting events to its
customers must be persuaded to pay the additional fee. Do any of our
Albany fans (Brian ?? Mark ??) know of a *specific* Albany Sports Bar
that is already advertising that it's planning to do this ?? We're a
party of 15+ UNH fans that would love to watch the Western Regional
Games *someplace* Friday/Saturday night (and hoping/praying that UNH
is NOT one of the participants) - any tips/leads as to where to do
this would be most appreciated ....

  * The squeak-ball semi-finals are on the tube Sat. evening as well.
How much of a conflict will this present to a college hockey fan
looking for a fix ?? You'd think that with the Eastern Regionals
being held in town, that some enterprising bar owner would look to
capitalize (pun intended :-) on the pent-up demand of the many hockey
fans in town by arranging/advertising to show the games, but I'm not
particularly optimistic. I'm hoping to be pleasantly surprised !!

Many thanks in advance .... Cheers from Maryland - Jim
