Yes, it is possible, after an OT.  Remember, the consolation does not
have the interest that the final does.  To spice up interest,  I'd like
to see a shootout after a 5 (10?) minute OT.  The NCAA records would be a
tie for both teams, but the tourny would list one school 3rd and the
other 4th.
