WCHA tiebreakers:
1- head to head
2- most WCHA wins
3- if 4 games, team  with least goals scored against (not applicable to DEN-MN)
4- greatest winning margin = WCHA goals for minus WCHA goals against.
     At the moment MN is +1, Den is -19  (looks like MN here)
5- aha - the WCHA replaces ECAC for non-resolution (See Bill Fenwicks post).
  This one isn't circular (aw, shucks, now what can Bill work on) it
just doesn't have a solution.  I nominate having a h-l vote.
