Actually, not enough ice.  The problem, according to a source at Clarkson,
is that the Cheel Arena doesn't have any ice.  With the power down all the
ice melted, and even with the power back on, it's just not enough time to
lay down a decent sheet.  Imagine, ice everywhere accept at a hockey rink.
