Hi -

It must be something in the water in Cambridge .... Either that, or Harvard
freshman goalkeeper Oliver Jonas had best start wearing garlic cloves 'round
his neck to ward off the voodoo spells directed his way ....

Only 7 seconds into his first start for the Crimson (vs. N'Eastern) on 18
Dec., Jonas roamed behind his own net to deaden a Husky dump-in, only to watch
in horror as N'eastern scored into the (temporarily vacated) empty net. For-
tunately for his wounded pride, that goal was waved off as an illegal deflec-
tion off an official's skate, but Jonas was back in net again last night in
his *2nd* Crimson start. Oh no - Same ENG-Time, same ENG-Station ....

Jonas can be excused for thinking the ice hockey Gods have it in for him :-)

Cheers from the Chesapeake - Jim
