  Many thanks for the clarification .... But now I have another (related)
question. The NC$$ has indicated that the PWR will be used to determine
the 12 teams selected for the NC$$ Tournament, and (presumably) the
relative seeding as well. But are seeds assigned on the basis of OVERALL
PWR (as shown on CUSCHO) or are individual team comparisons used to assign
seeds once the 12 entrants are determined ?? Using the BU-UNH example
again, both teams would be selected as entrants (since both schools are
ranked in the OVERALL Top 12 PWR), but what happens when E1 / E2 seeds are
assigned ??  UVM currently is #2 (higher than both UNH and BU) in the PWR;
is that alone sufficient to seed them higher than both BU and UNH, or
would the *individual* comparisons between UVM-UNH, UVM-BU, and BU-UNH be
used to seed the teams ?? UNH is higher in OVERALL PWR than BU, but BU
wins the BU-UNH INDIVIDUAL team comparison - in that case, which team is
seeded higher ?? It's not all that critical in determining 3-6 seeds, but
past history shows us that the difference between being seeded 2 (bye) and
3 (play two games) is HUGE. I'm still just a tad confused how the PWR is
used to determine seed positioning ....

  Cheers from Solomons - Jim
