Clarkson has this amazing ability to play only as well as needed to win
the game its playing. This was proven by how they played against Colgate and
from what I've heard, against UNH. IMO the only reason we beat UNH was
Rogles and a lot of lucky bounces. If Clarkson is stay ranked as high as it
is it should play like it all the time. So far this year that has only
happened once against Cornell, the last time was against LSSU (last year).
To win against Concordia ( a non-div I) team means zippo. If anything
Clarkson fans should hope for a lower ranking to motivate the team a little.
That is until the spring when it matters.

On thing Clarkson has to do is stop the brain surgeon, rocket scientist
actions of its players who end up spectators for 60 minutes by getting dqed.
BTW Clarkson has four of those, does anyone know if any team can
beat that (rah rah! :-). If the team keeps playing 55-19 sog hockey we will
get pounded by someone. I really hope its not against Union or RPI this
weekend. But the last time Thomas got dqed we lost to Northeastern.

As for polls in general. They mean nothing unless its later spring and
the poll is coming from the four people who decide who goes to Albany.
It's a waste of good blood pressure to get upset about any other poll.

So there! :-)
