I wouldn't be surprised if Western Michigan went out east.  I believe
that they were seeded in the east in 1994, the last time the regionals
were at Munn.  Personaly, I wouldn't mind if Michigan were seeded out
east - It's a much longer drive but anything it better than playing in
East Lansing!
