I have noticed a lot of discussion about the Sieve cheer and
other Misc. items. However there is one thing I might add, even though I
am not a Badger Fan I do respect the play of their team they compete at a
high level. ALso I learned along time ago what comes around goes around
face some day the gophers maybe down and the Badgers may be the one that
are on top. Iam in a precarious situation I go to North Dakota (I am from
Bemidji yeah I know Andy Brink) I cheer for the Gophers when they are not
playing the Sioux. I also cheer for the Sioux because it is my college. I
understand the Badger Rival; Sioux fans don't like the badgers either but we
try to treat their fans good when they come to englestad to visit. By the way
the Sioux took a lot of shots from the media members and coachs around the
league, Hell the Grand Forks Hearld said that the Sioux would be lucky if
they won 10 games. I also understand the Puck comment with Wooger was a
Joke And I don't think he meant anything bad to the WISCONSIN fans or team.
But i also think that the Gopher fan would have done the same thing no
biggie. THE Sieve cheer is no big deal SCSU Huskie students do it before the
game even starts it is just part of the game. I don't think we need to
make rules that say no sieve cheers.
College hockey is supposed to be fun not voilence in the Stands or
about taking pot shots at communities or states.
Also I was watching the Game between the Gophs and the Tigers and
there were some tiger fans at the gamein Grand Forks(don't ask me) but
they must of heard us cheering for the Gophers and when the game was over
they said your team played good, and good luck in the next game.
I sat there puzzled? Sportmans ship. NICE PEOPLE. I would like to thank
all of the WCHA teams for a great season thanks for the Memories what a
finish. Western Hockey is beter than some people give us credit for.

        GO Gophers (BEAT BU)
        Go FIghting Sioux (WCHA BEWARE)
The table is set the Invitations are out and the drama is ready.
only one will be standing.
