Brown can't be the scapegoat in this particular RPI shutout skein.
Actually, the Brown *did* lose to North Dakota in the 1965 NCAA conso at
Meehan Auditorium, but the final score was 9-5. Mike was half right
though, the only time the Bears were whitewashed in their seven NCAA
tourney games was a 4-0 shutout by the ever-popular Tony Esposito of the
Michigan Tech Huskies, and later, the Chicago Black Hawks, in the 1965
semifinal.
